Is it possible for the session to go over the scheduled time?
Yes, there are times when it may not finish within the designated time. The allocated time is an estimate. It is rare for the session to be delayed by more than 30 minutes, but please make sure to come with some extra time to spare.
Are there any items that I don't need to bring?
Clamps and hair dryers are available at the academy. You don't need to bring them.
What should I do if I'm running late on the day of the session?
The session will start on time. If you're running late, please be careful and come directly to the venue.
Until when can I apply?
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and registration will close once the maximum capacity is reached. If there are available slots, you can make a reservation up until the first day of the session.
Can I pay the course fee in instalments?
Unfortunately, instalments payments are not possible. Only full payment is accepted. We apologise for any inconvenience.
There are months when I can't attend the course, and I'm having trouble.
First, please contact us to discuss your situation over the phone. If there is availability in the same course on other weeks, we will make arrangements for you to attend as a substitute.

It's my first time attending. Can I only attend the Basic course?
You can attend any course regardless of your level, but please note that some courses require prior experience. If you're unsure, please consult with us in advance.
I'm a salon owner or a manager. Can I start from the Basic course?
We have students of various ages and experience levels, ranging from assistants to salon owners. You are welcome to attend from the Basic course regardless of your position.
After the course starts, can another staff member from my salon join in the middle?
We apologise, but only the registered participants are allowed to attend.
I plan to use a subsidy. Can you assist with the required documentation?
Yes, we will be happy to assist you with the necessary paperwork.
Can non-students also purchase saco products?
Certainly! You can purchase our products even if you are not a student. We are accepting orders through this link.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards, cash, and bank transfers.
Are there any requirements to attend the course?
Some courses may require a certain level of experience, so if you're unsure, please consult with us in advance. If you are not a resident of Japan, you may need to apply for a tourist visa.
Japanese is not my native language. Can I still attend the course?
We have instructors who can speak English, so attending the course in English is possible.

If I'm attending from a long distance, do you provide accommodation?
